VOLUNTARY WORK PROGRAM

Foreign Language classes

The introduction of the program

This is the program that foreign students teach their own language to the students of San Agustin four times a year, or quarterly. It has the advantage of improving the students English skills and a chance to make Philippine friends naturally.

Contents

In every quarter, LSLC selects fifty (50) Philippine students and one hundred (100) LSLC students who want to teach them their language .Classes are held twice a week for four consecutive weeks.

Each class has two LSLC students teaching or sharing their language to one of the Philippine student with a prepared text book in the LSLC one-on-one classroom.

Visiting orphanage

The students visit an orphanage in Bacolod City, clean facilities, give some goods, and have fun with the orphans four times a year. This is done by selecting LSLC students who do language sharing with the students of the San Agustin.

The students do not just enjoy studying English in the Philippines, but can have chances to get a rewarding experience on helping people and do overseas volunteer work by helping underprivileged children.

After the volunteer work, the students can get the certificate from the university.
